Radiation is delivered from underneath to a transparent cell culture plate placed on 3 cm solid water. A light block covers half of the plate, preventing Cherenkov light generated in the solid water from reaching cells on top of the block. Psoralen concentrations ranged from 0–100 μM as indicated.
